Receptionist for luxury resort

• Greeting Guests: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism as they arrive at the resort. Make them feel valued and attended to from the moment they step into the reception area.
• Check-In and Check-Out: Efficiently handle the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in reservations, payment transactions, and room assignments. Provide guests with all necessary information regarding their stay, including amenities, dining options, and activities.
• Reservations Management: Manage room reservations, including booking, cancellations, and modifications. Ensure that all guest preferences and special requests are noted and accommodated to the best of your ability.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns, resolving issues promptly, and exceeding guest expectations whenever possible. Remain courteous, professional, and attentive to guest needs at all times.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including managing guest accounts, processing payments, handling paperwork, and maintaining guest records accurately.
• Upselling: Promote resort amenities, upgrades, and special offers to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue. Suggest additional services or experiences that may appeal to guests during their stay.
• Problem Solving: Handle challenging situations diplomatically and efficiently, whether it involves resolving guest complaints, addressing service issues, or managing unexpected circumstances.
• Maintaining Standards: Uphold the high standards of the luxury resort by adhering to established procedures, protocols, and brand guidelines. Ensure that the reception area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.

• English advanced written and spoken;
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles ( hotel reception, bank, front-office);
• Great communication skills, able to handle queries from customers;
• Experience in handling GDPR related issues and managing sensitive data;
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Outlook emails);
• Driver's licence and personal car (location is approximately 1 hour away from Bucharest, in Singureni)
