Candidatul ideal

  • A minimum education level of High School Diploma or its equivalency;
  • 1+ Experience in working in Customer Service or Real Estate;
  • Active listener;
  • Must be an outgoing person, who makes a good first impression with customers;
  • Excellent phone etiquette, verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills;
  • Must be proactive;
  • Microsoft Office suite and computer/email experience;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Flexible, highly accountable, and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Highly organized and high attention to detail;
  • Strong ability to work well in a team environment;
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Preferably knowledge of quality control techniques in construction industry;
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively;
  • Has a driving license.

Descrierea jobului

  • Interfaces with customers to resolve 1st and 2nd tier/escalation calls/queries/problems.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, schedule appointments, schedule interventions and provide solutions
  • Document each customer interaction. Maintain computerized and/or written records of all customer contact, including customer personal notes and queries history.
  • Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls/emails;
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers;
  • Follow communications procedures, guidelines and policies;
  • Verifies and updates contacts database (customers, suppliers, constructors, etc);
  • Escalates queries/requests for action for immediate resolution.
  • Schedules appointments for technical colleagues and for different constructor teams;
  • Maintains and creates logs, reports, records and files;
  • May interface with other departments to answer questions on process or specialized situations;
  • May do order fulfilment. Receive orders, reconcile information, track on spreadsheets;
  • Other duties may be assigned;
