We are looking for a detail‑oriented and analytical Quoting Analyst to support our quoting and pricing processes. In this role, you will create, review, and maintain customer quotes, ensure compliance with pricing and contract policies, and collaborate closely with Sales, Billing, Finance, and Order Management teams.
Key Responsibilities
-Create, edit, and maintain accurate customer quotes in Salesforce.
-Review contract terms, product configurations, and pricing rules to ensure compliance.
-Collaborate with Sales to validate discounts, special terms, and non‑standard deals.
-Monitor quoting queues and ensure SLA compliance.
-Support audits and reconciliations related to quoting accuracy and approvals.
-Troubleshoot quoting errors and recommend process improvements.
-Work cross‑functionally with Billing, Finance, and Order Management to ensure alignment across downstream systems.
