• Identify, analyse and synthesise customer's needs in order to measure the feasibility of the project:

• Design possible solutions together with other departments (sales, BS, IT) taking into account: FM local constraints (manpower cost, working time, recruitments difficulties, standard time, costs/m2 etc) and the technical solutions (automatization) that can potentially be implemented
• In line with the design selected, make all calculations in the quotation tool. Check and validate accuracy of the whole quotation by analysing all agreed parameters and ratios.
• Write the quotation offer using FM Standards
• Can support the sales team in the quotation presentation by giving explanations to the customers
• By capitalising on good practices, participate in continuous improvement
• Possibly carry out other missions in line with the job responsibilities
