We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with proven experience in roads and bridges construction projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in cost management, contract administration, and financial control of large-scale infrastructure works, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in compliance with contractual requirements.

Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and cost estimates
Measure and value works on-site in accordance with contract conditions
Prepare interim valuations, variations, and final accounts
Analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
Manage subcontractor agreements, payments, and claims
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate variations and change orders
Monitor project progress and provide regular cost reports to management
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, standards, and regulations
Support the project team in resolving commercial and financial issues
Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on road and bridge construction projects
Strong understanding of contracts (FIDIC knowledge is an advantage)
Solid knowledge of cost control, budgeting, and procurement processes
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with cost management software is an advantage
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
