•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Hydrotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related technical field required.
•Previous experience in quantity surveying, cost control, or a similar role in construction projects is preferred.
•Experience in water infrastructure projects (water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pipelines, and hydrotechnical works) is an advantage.
•Good understanding of construction processes, technical documentation, drawings, quantities, and cost estimation.
•Experience with Bills of Quantities (BoQ), measurements, payment certificates, and variation orders, preferably in projects where the beneficiaries are public institutions/authorities.
•Previous experience with iTWO software is an advantage.
•Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
•Good command of English, written and spoken.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a project team

•Assisting with project cost estimation, budget preparation, and cost planning activities for water treatment plants, wastewater treatment facilities, and water supply infrastructure projects.
•Reviewing and validating contractors’ cost forecasts, cash flow projections, and project cost reports.
•Reviewing and interpreting technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements related to civil works, mechanical and electrical installations, hydrotechnical works, and utility infrastructure.
•Performing quantity take-offs and verifying quantities of executed works and materials based on drawings, technical documentation, and site measurements.
•Preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BoQ), cost estimates, material requirements, and supporting documentation for construction activities having as Beneficiary public institutions/authorities.
•Monitoring project costs and ensuring that works are executed within the approved budget, identifying potential cost deviations and reporting them to the Project Manager.
•Reviewing contractors’ interim payment applications, measurement sheets, and work progress statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract requirements.
•Providing support in the preparation, review, and finalization of payment certificates, variation orders, and claims, ensuring that all changes are properly documented and costs are accurately recorded.
•Maintaining records of variations, additional works, and contractual changes, ensuring proper documentation and cost impact assessment.
•Preparing cost control reports, progress reports, and other project-related financial analyses.
•Providing relevant project data, cost information, and reports to the Controlling department and collaborating closely with Controlling to ensure accurate project monitoring, reporting, forecasting, and cost control.
•Collaborating with the Site Management, Technical, Procurement, and Commercial teams to ensure accurate cost monitoring and timely completion of project activities.
