- Plan and monitor the production audits
- Supervise and organize a team of engineers and auditors
- Participates in IPA (internal process approval)
- Conducts different analysis
- Participates in audits and meetings with the client
- Updates and monitors weekly KPI’s
- Proactively contribute to creating a good team atmosphere
- Focused, target driven with a positive attitude
- Motivate and coach the team to operational success
- Manage and develop Quality Process team
