Candidatul Ideal
- High Engineering University Degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality area
- Quality standard knowledge ISO 9001 (would be a plus)
- Advance knowledge in reading a technical drawing
- Advance knowledge in using measuring and control tools
- Knowledge of APQP methodology and quality planning activities for new projects and product/ process changes
- Experience in FMEA moderation
- Knowledge of Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan and special characteristics management
- Knowledge of PAP/ PPAP documentation, customer approvals and launch readiness requirements
- Knowledge of MSA, SPC and process capability studies (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk)
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams during project development, industrialization and production launch
- MS Office – medium/ high level (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- English – advance level (read and write)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking
- Proactive attitude, able to work with minimum supervision
- Skills in drawing up reports and procedures appropriate to his/ her processes
Descrierea jobului
- Acting as a role model within the business by having high standards in term of attitude, conduct and performance;
- Coordinate APQP activities for new projects and product / process changes, including deliverables, milestones and gate reviews.
- Moderate and facilitate PFMEA workshops with cross-functional teams.
- Develop, maintain and ensure alignment between Process Flow, PFMEA and Control Plans.
- Prepare and coordinate PAP / PPAP documentation and approval activities.
- Define and follow-up Measurement System Analysis (MSA) studies.
- Support implementation and monitoring of Statistical Process Control (SPC) on critical product and process characteristics.
- Ensure quality planning deliverables are completed according to project milestones and gate requirements.
- Coordinate risk assessment activities and follow-up of preventive actions before production launch.
- Maintain lessons learned and integrate them into future projects and quality planning activities.
- Act as the quality representative within project teams and ensure customer requirements are translated into manufacturing controls.
- Train the personnel.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations.
- Creating Work Instruction and Control Plans.
- Perform reporting activities for quality KPI’s
- Define measures to improve the quality within the productionWork in close collaboration with Production teams and with Project team if needed and assist them in the event of problems (customer or internal) related to products/processes.
