We are looking for our plant located in Topoloveni, Arges, an experienced and proactive Quality Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality management role (industrial/manufacturing environment preferred).
Strong knowledge of quality standards (preferable internal auditor for IATF 16949/ISO 14001/ ISO 45001).
English fluency.
Proven analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Results-driven mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Coordinate internal and external audits and manage relationships with certification bodies.
Oversee quality control activities across production/receiving/shipping processes.
Analyze non-conformities and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Manage customer complaints and ensure timely, professional resolution.
Monitor quality KPIs and implement improvement initiatives.
Lead problem-solving using tools such as 5Why, 8D, FMEA, SPC, or other methodologies.
Evaluate and monitor suppliers.
Manage and develop the Quality team.
