Quality Engineer

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related fields (quality);
- Qualification certificates: Quality Management/ Quality Management Systems Audit training courses, Project Management training courses;
- Good planning, problem solving and project management skills;
- Experience with implementation of corrective action programs;
- Analytical ability and a logical approach;
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.

- Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction on the quality of delivered products and provides monthly information to management and in organization;
- Prepares periodic report related to quality indicators: scrap, anomalies ratio, ppm, customer claims;
- Coordinate/manage nonconformity reduction through analyze meetings, analyze/define root causes, establish / follow up action plan and actions effectiveness;
- Prepares and presents for approval to the Quality Director the materials of yearly analyze of QMS;
- Creates, approves and difuses the company documentation required for the proper functioning of the quality management system and environment;
- Constructs quality reports and manages monthly reportings;
- Ensures compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards;
- Participates to internal auditing processes and ensures the necessary recordings, according to the internal audits annual plan;
- Verifies, investigates and audits production processes and its conformance to QA standards and procedures.

Experienced engineers design and develop the products in close cooperation with the customer engineering team, backed by substantial in-house test facilities including accelerated fatigue and life testing, corrosion resistance testing (NSS and CASS), noise testing, etc.

Roquet also has a team of engineers responsible for the development of manufacturing processes throughout the group. This team is responsible for all manufacturing processes and for their automation and optimization (6S, Kaizen, SMED, etc.). The goal: to achieve excellent quality with production flexibility and competitive costs.
