Quality & Efficiency with German

Key Requirements:

• Ability to communicate in German & English. Should be able to hold seamless conversations over phone and chat with internal parties.
• Advanced Excel skills - running macros, pivot tables and using Excel formulas. Basic knowledge of Excel macro programming is an advantage.
• Ability to pull and create reports from various tools used by Ford and process both structured and unstructured data.
• Understand the data in the reports and make manual additions/corrections where necessary.
• Good comprehension skills and quick understanding of FBG processes - knowledge of the automotive finance or banking industry is an advantage.Solid knowledge of working with MS Office & IT Applications in general.
