Ideal profile
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in quality control within fit-out or construction projects.
Experience in interior fit-out, joinery, finishes, or commercial projects preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and inspection processes.
Preffered skills
Strong attention to detail and inspection skills.
Good knowledge of construction materials and finishing standards.
Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
Communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving and ability to work on-site under deadlines.

Site Quality Control
Inspect fit-out and construction works (joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, finishes, MEP interfaces) to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
Monitor ongoing site activities to maintain quality standards and workmanship.
Verify that materials delivered to site meet approved samples and specifications.
Ensure works are executed according to approved shop drawings and method statements.
Inspections & Testing
Conduct site inspections at key project stages.
Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and follow up with consultants/clients.
Coordinate snagging and de-snagging processes.
Verify mock-ups and sample installations.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain quality control records, checklists, and reports.
Document non-conformities (NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions.
Track inspection approvals and maintain quality documentation for project handover
Compile, verify and sign with all the agreed parties the technical construction book
Prepare daily/weekly quality reports for project management.
Compliance & Standards
Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and quality standards.
Support implementation of QA/QC procedures and quality plans.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Coordination
Liaise with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants, site inspectors
Provide guidance to site teams on quality requirements.
Support project handover and final quality inspections.
