Requirements:

University Degree in Engineering, Quality management or similar fields;
Experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement of min. 3 years
Experience in the automotive industry min. 1 year
Knowledge of Core Quality Tools (training, diploma)
Experience in conducting internal audits according to IATF TS 16949 (training, diploma)
Very good knowledge of English
VDA 6.5 auditor certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates the implementation and operation of a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of IATF TS 16949:2009, designed to ensure consistency in the delivery of products that continuously meet customer requirements, and to ensure continuous improvement of products and services offered.
Manages the processes related to the control of records and data of the integrated management system (Integrated management system document management)
Prepares, verifies and disseminates IMS documents in accordance with the standards and regulations in force;
Participates in the drafting, improvement and dissemination of the Quality Manual;
Periodically checks, updates and if necessary disseminates external documentation used by the management system (global procedures, standards, instructions, laws, regulations, etc.).
Organizes, coordinates, prepares and carries out audits for certification and recertification of the management system;
Ensures that the organization is informed about audits carried out at other company's locations and their results, in order to prevent recurrence of non-conformities.
Prepares the documentation for, planes, and coordinates the management system assessment process, and preparation and distribution of the report generated by this activity.
Participates in the preparation of the annual internal audit planning, together with the internal audit team, respecting the requirements of the internal procedures related to this activity;
Participates in the performance of audit activities
Participates in the preparation and distribution of the audit report
Coordinates the internal audit team, and verifies their compliance with the agreed audit plan;
Verifies and centralizes the results of internal audits and prepare centralized reports for the management team;
Checks compliance with the action plan generated from internal audits, and ensuring its timely completion;
Participates in client audits or those of certification bodies as nominated;
Analyses the results of client or certification body audits and adapts its audit program appropriately in relation to identified non-conformities or non-conformities reported by the client;
