QA Tester with French

• Experience: Several years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a focus on e-commerce or retail domains. (Familiarity with B2C platforms, such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud (formerly Demandware), Magento, or similar platforms, and their testing requirements is is highly desirable.)
• Knowledge of Testing Methodologies: Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing techniques, test case design, and test execution.
• Test Automation Skills: is a bonus but not mandatory
• Technical Skills: Good understanding of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with web services testing (RESTful APIs).
• Test Management Tools: Experience with test management tools as JIRA and TestRail it is a plus.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent French and English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Collaborating with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to understand project requirements and create test plans.
• Creating detailed test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios based on project requirements and functional specifications. Review test cases, update and administrate them.
• Testing to ensure the quality and functionality applying the best testing strategy for each case.
• Identifying, documenting, reporting and tracking defects.
• Generating test reports and providing regular updates on testing progress, including test coverage, test results, and defect metrics.
• Test Environment Management: Setting up and maintaining test environments, including test data preparation and configuration management.
• Implementing best practices, participating actively in QA community by sharing the knowledge and offer support.
• Working closely within cross-functional teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the development lifecycle.
