QA Specialist for automated systems

Minimum job requirements:
- Experience with IM (incident management) and document sharing tools (Jira, confluence etc)
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and client applications, medium level
- Knowledge of basic cmd commands (cd, dir, ping, mkdir)
- Networking knowledge basic level (what is an IP, MAC, VPN, ping, router, switch)
- Very good understanding of PC components, PC ports
- Technical background for automated systems is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good technical English language knowledge
- You should be able to work autonomously
- Desire to self-educate during low activity periods

Will be considered a plus:
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems and server applications, basic level
- Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages, basic level
- SQL knowledge, basic level

Job responsibilities:
- Update and maintain documentation for test environments using document sharing tools
- Create and execute test plans to assure quality of the software and hardware releases in production environment
- Analyze incidents reported from production environments, identify the source cause and track the problem until a solution is delivered to the customer
- Keep test environments up-to-date and up-and-running as support tools for maintaining running project in production
- Keep track of the activities using internal IM
- Learn specific Automation technology and supporting applications
