Candidatul Ideal
- Valid condominium administrator certificate
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in property/facility management
- Technical/Economical studies preferred
- Solid English language knowledge (speaking, writing, and reading)
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (with a focus on Word and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate at all levels, ability to work in a team and in stressful situations
- Able to perform under pressure
- Responsible and proactive
- Organized and results oriented

- Prepare the Management Plan and the yearly budget (OPEX & CAPEX) ︁︀︂︃︃︉︉︁︂︈
- In charge with all related contract management, including contract negotiations on behalf of Homeowner’s Association related to property management
- Maintaining contact with the Direct Superior in respect to management services (notifying him of events that require action to be taken or decisions to be made)
- Bi-monthly meetings with the Direct Superior (Asset Director)
- Weekly meetings with the team of each condominium in his responsibility
- Manage property insurance and third-party insurance (advising, concluding, extending, coordinating liquidation of damage)
- Update the 'Maintenance Manual " and ROI as needed
- Acting as intermediary in contacts between the Homeowners' Association and the Suppliers
- Managing effective debt collection process (tracking delayed payments, taking necessary actions)
- Reporting to the Direct Superior any quarries for modification of lease conditions made by the Lessees
- Create and compile the costs schedule
- Implement and execute the annual budget (OPEX & CAPEX) approved by the Homeowners' Association/Owners
- Monitor and Analyze the costs and income in comparison to the budget
- Select utilities suppliers and negotiate contracts.
- Monitor and evaluate of consumption and its allocations between Homeowners and common areas.
- Ensuring regular inspections of the building and common areas
- Tracking, analyzing and overseeing the technical and maintenance costs
- Initiating programs increasing efficiency/savings of utilities and technical costs
- Implementing and executing annual marketing & communication plans
- Quarterly reviewing of marketing & communication plans, contract negotiations
- Manage tenders for consultants and contractors to undertake Capital Expenditure Works and make recommendations to the Owner / Homeowners' Association as to the appointment of such parties and negotiate the terms of appointment of those parties, as approved by the Owners/ Homeowners' Association
