Candidatul Ideal
English - advanced level
French, German - will be a plus
Basic SAP knowladge (not mandatory, considered an advantage)
Proficient in Excel
AutoCAD - basic knowledge
Knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan, 8D Reports, Problem solving analyze
Electrical, Electronics, Pneumatics – basic knowledge
ISO / TS 16949 (automotive industry) - good knowledge
Open minded, good communicator, proactive and enthusiastic
Descrierea jobului
Validate that the new product could be manufacture at ANTOLIN (the process can be controlled or being acquired)
Develop the manufacturing synoptic
Launch and conduct P-FMEA.
Write the assembly line specification according to Project objectives and P-FMEA.
Fill the request for Quotation and Request for Purchasing
Offer the buyer a choice of technically capable supplier based on technical data
Analyze supplier offers and decide on supplier choice with the service and purchasing department manager.
Validate the planning for the assembly mean
Validate investments and meet assembly line budgets
Validate the assembly takt times
Organize with the launch manager the run@rate of production
Manage the final acceptance with the Plant team
Analyze the different indicators of lines (scrap, OEE, Efficiency) with trends and Pareto
Lead the start-up and development by monitoring the action plan
Make pre-seriel production and associated documents.Implementing the monitoring plan
