We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts in the field of flexible and rigid endoscopes. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in medical device sales, particularly in endoscopy, and a well-established portfolio of clients including both public and private hospitals.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for endoscopy products
- Manage and expand an existing client portfolio, with a focus on public and private hospitals
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions
- Negotiate contracts and manage key accounts
- Coordinate product demonstrations, training sessions, and post-sales support
- Monitor market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, technical support)
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and project status
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in sales of flexible and/or rigid endoscopes
- A solid client portfolio of public and private hospitals is essential
- Strong understanding of endoscopic technology and its medical applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Medical Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Willingness to travel as needed
