Project Manager - Transformation

Do you have experience with project management? Would you like to work in a dynamic and international environment and develop yourself and interact with colleagues internationally as a Project Manager? Then we’re looking for you!
Within our Tax and Legal line of service we provide a wide range of services for clients (largely international) and therefore operate globally. As a Project Manager, you are the centre of each project, playing an important role in driving and supporting our tools and internal projects, working with different teams focused on customer-oriented processes.

Your tasks
You actively support each of our Tax and Legals tools projects.
You will help implementing our Project Management methodology.
You will ensure that your project is well driven and will pay attention to all details.
You will ensure and support the preparation of Steering Committees in line with your product and process owner.
You will ensure that the deadlines and budgets are on track
You will monitor the progress of our projects, alert on potential Risks based on our RAID Log and will help find a remediation plan
You will contribute and help us improve our methodology and spread our project management best practices on all projects (the one existing as well as on all new ones).
Low code knowledge

Your profile
You are client-orientated and like to get things done.
You like understanding the entire project flow and have a global overview before starting a project, identify what are the integrations with other applications and processes.
You can communicate confidently in English (Level B2), by email and during team calls. Knowledge of German and French is a plus.
Ideally, you already have experience in implementing tools, technology and driving a project (PMP certification will be an advantage), and you have already experience in working in an international organisation.
Ideally, you have experience with software products, also around low-code.
