• Ensure the working framework and oversee the execution of the sprints;
• Communicates the daily priorities to the development team, and makes sure they are respected;
• Observe the execution process, identifies and deal with the delays in the initial plan;
• Guide team members when encountering different issues;
• Allocate the workforce where it’s most needed;
• Give the final approvals in Sprints delivery;
• Participate in the periodical management reporting meetings and fills in specific documentation;
• Keep the relevant processes documentation updated (eg. QA Sprint Checklists);
• Suggest ways to improve team’s methodology increasing speed and accuracy of execution;
• Motivate the team members.
