Project Manager Sales Excellence

Required Education/Work Experience:

• 3-5 years previous experience in project management;
• University degree;
• Very good English knowledge (speaking and writing);
• German knowledge is a plus;
• Proven track record in managing complex, global projects;
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project);
• Good Microsoft Office skills incl. Power BI and SharePoint;
• Reliable and process-oriented way of working;
• Planning skills, ability to efficiently organize activity, compliance with deadlines;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Experience in master data management is an advantage;
• Automotive background and/ or Sales is an advantage.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects in alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and team members across global locations.
• Provide functional leadership for international project teams.
• Drive improvements in IT systems and sales processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Create sales processes and monitor effectiveness.
• Observe AI (Artificial Intelligence) trends and create AI solutions for the sales organization.
• Lead the internal improvement management process (ImproS), ensuring continuous optimization across sales operations.
• Ensure compliance with project governance standards and deliverables.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Very close collaboration with sales office and account management.
