Main responsibilities:
• Define the project detail scope & needs together with the internal or external customer;
• Develop project planning in cooperation with the involved departments;
• Take the responsibility for the execution of the complete project, while respecting the budget & specification.
• Coordinate and communicate clearly with the (multi-functional) project team (status report, forecast report and progress reporting);
• Actively look to solve problems, identify and prevent potential issues or risks
• Prepare regular status report presentations;
• Work with commercial teams to respond to RFI, RFQ and RFP documents;
• Oversee the successful transition of the project from sales into execution, through the project lifecycle, and then from execution to after care, to ensure continuous provision of a high level of care to the customer.
• Lead, develop, organise, and motivate your project team.
Ideal Candidate profile:
• > 5 years of previous project management experience;
• MS in engineering (Mechanical engineering experience is an advantage);
• Technically well-grounded and have a hands-on mentality for Continuous Improvement;
• Proven track record of working in ambiguous scenarios, with multi-functional teams;
• Customer oriented PM experience. Knowledge of the PMBOK® Guide/PMP® certified;
• Self-driven, eager to contribute, develop, learn and grow;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both Romanian and English;
• Good understanding of the use of Microsoft’s Suite of Apps, incl. MS Project;
• Able to travel internationally and regionally (10% of your time) with peaks of up to 50%;
