Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fit-out project management.
- Previous experience in facility maintenance is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel) and general office software.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Availability to travel to project sites may be required (under 25% of the time).
- Candidates should be proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Plan, execute, and monitor fit-out projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support post-completion handover, ensuring smooth transition and client satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are strictly adhered to on-site.
- Oversee facility maintenance aspects of projects and ensure operational continuity during and after implementation.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations for management and clients.
- Provide guidance and support to on-site teams in exceptional or complex situations.
- Perform client visits and inspections to ensure high-quality project delivery.
