• Graduated University with Bachelor’s/Master degree.
• Have experience in Project Management and/or Constructions Authorizations; experience in Expansion/Real Estate development represents an advantage as well as good knowledge in Real estate law.
• Have excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong analytical skills with very good knowledge in MS Office.
• Speak intermediate or advanced English and have category B driving licence (frequent travel is required).
• Are detail-oriented with good organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, recognizing priorities and interdependencies.

This role will require you to:
• Identify locations of interest according to the company's development strategy.
• Prepare the case study for analysis, for each location individually.
• Obtain the necessary documents in order to clarify the legal state of the lands/buildings that are to be acquired.
• Collect statistical data regarding the processed locations as well as for their immediate surroundings.
• Develop site studies on locations of interest.
• Negotiate and coordinate the process of concluding contracts for land acquisition or rental of spaces for the purpose of opening new stores.
• Coordinate the process of authorizing and opening new stores.
