- Resolving issues that arise, through direct contact with Site Mangers, Property Owners or Contractors/Suppliers.
- Updating the databases with information according to existing or new process TIMS, SharePoint or other
- Send invoices and their annexes to Invoices and Verifications for upload
- Registering documents into TIMS as requested
- Issue POs and posting GRs accordingly
- Closely collaborates with other departments within Vantage RO and Vantage Group (finance, legal) to properly manage activities and achieve both individual and company objectives.
