Candidatul Ideal

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1 English level).
  • Customer facing experience and Customer service skills. A passion for Customer service.
  • Ability to manage administration and multiple tasks in an accurate and timely manner, often against deadlines.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work on own initiative and without supervision.
  • Able to understand technical requirements for a project to best assign Technology SMEs to the respective project.
  • Ability to study and grasp high level concepts on different technology.
  • Strong Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills, with a demonstrable ability to build well-presented and logical documents and presentations.
  • Great planning skills to keep track of project resources and ensure a realistic timetable is allocated to project activities
  • Ability to translate and communicate business requirements and service requirements / specifications to varying levels of audience.
  • Data Analysis- Ability to organise, interpret, structure and present data into useful information that provides context for the data.
  • Understanding of ITIL process and structure.
  • Basic Windows Server and Virtualization understanding is preferred

Descrierea jobului

  • Management of the demand process with a focus on Smart Requests (/RFS Lite) keeping track of the tasks progress every step of the way.
  • Assist with project requirements, resources allocation, review of documentation and proposed plan in setting up, undertaking and handling project work.

Subset of activities include:
  • Logging demands coming into a shared mailbox into ServiceNow.
  • Engaging with Customer and BAU Teams to gather requirements or any missing information.
  • Ensuring alignment of SDM or Account Manager.
  • Managing & Prioritising Small Works Demand to maintain KPIs & targets.
  • Identifying the technical teams needed to undertake the appropriate scoped projects tasks.
  • Tracking the progress and quality of the work performed by technical teams within projects.
  • Communicating with PMs and SDMs to report on project status, management of timelines,schedule, resources and effort.
  • Identifying, analysing, prioritizing, mitigating and communicating project risks.
  • Monitoring for unassigned demands, breaches and escalating/ chasing internal teams and customers for updates.
  • Raising internal and customer quotes as well as Resource Requests as a tracking system for the project work revenue.
  • Chasing Ops Resources to complete tasks.
  • Obtaining requester/engineer confirmation to closing the Demand with relevant closure code, input mandatory information into the toolset, inform scheduler work is completed, update demand in Service Now and Quote log).
  • Handling financial aspects of the project and resolving related queries.

Additionally, you'll have to:
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts all through the organization to gather business needs required to attain project goals.
  • Ensure transparent communication between project and distributed services teams within the company.
  • Act as an escalation point for any of the teams involved or affected by project work. Report on projects' status of development and finances to management.
