Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and talented Project Assistant to provide operational and administrative support to the Project Managers and operational teams, supporting INDRA Group's growing team.
This is a hybrid working arrangement in general: office (70%) / remote (30%). This is a varied role in which you will provide administrative support to our Global Operations team while contributing to the smooth daily performance and control of projects.
This role typically includes performing administrative duties, assisting with project management, planning cost-effective travel management, car fleet coordination, and timesheet and team coordination.
