Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle complex accounts and ensure timely, accurate communication.
Lead regular customer calls and provide meeting summaries.
Order & Planning Management
Process and acknowledge customer orders.
Continuously review and optimize planning based on capacity and material availability.
Manage invoicing and ensure compliance with logistic agreements.
Operational & Performance Management
Drive improvements in delivery and quality performance.
Analyze forecasts and production orders to ensure alignment with customer needs.
Resolve invoice discrepancies and provide cost transparency.
Contract & Program Support
Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure smooth program execution.
Support quarterly business reviews and explain data discrepancies.
Sustainability & Compliance
Promote eco-friendly practices in shipping and documentation.
Handle RMA requests and ensure proper customs procedures.
Systems, Reporting & Development
Ensure timely action on KPIs and maintain accurate reporting.
