Production & Quality Supervisor

Profile:

• Completed University technical studies
• Professional experience of more than 3 years, in production environment, with quality related activities/tasks
• Basic knowledge of electrical related notions,
• Digital skills: ERP (SAP is an advantage) , Office applications
• English language knowledge mandatory, German language knowledge is an advantage
• Leadership skills – at least 1 year experience in team coordination
• Good ability to process and understand information and to learn new technical skills
• Good communication abilities: communicate effectively, convey the message and engage others
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Attention to details
• Availability for longer period of trainings in Germany before start of production

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates production team so that the manufacturing plan and production targets are met.
• Defines and implements staff qualification requirements, deploys staff according to their qualifications, continuously leading and developing employees
• Generates shift plans taking into account, staff capacities and ensures absence and holiday planning
• Makes sure that work instructions are respected in production and logistic processes
• Collaborates with other technical functions in order to analyze faults/defective parts
• Occupational health and safety: ensures that occupational safety regulations are respected

Responsible for Quality aspects during production and complaints handling:

• Carries out quality tests according to predefined plans
• Creates test plans and continuously improves quality-relevant activities
• Initiates corrective action if deviations are detected: documentation of results, creation of error reporting sheets, initiation of countermeasures to restore product quality
• Organizes the process and verifies the workers self inspection
• Performs process audits
