Ideal Candidate

What will make you successful
  • Bachelor degree, preferred economic or technical background
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position or 3 years experience in a complementary position within the supply chain department;
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and strategic vision;
  • Efficient communication for all operational areas;
  • SAP literate;
  • Knowledge of MRP (Material Resource Planning);
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma;
  • APICS certificate can be a plus;
  • Fluent in English.

Job Description

The role in a nutshell
  • Creates the production plan for the finished and semi-finished products daily for the current and next month, by allocating the volumes required in the MPS plan, using the available capacity so that the planned deliveries, stock objectives and production efficiency are respected, according to the objectives set in the SIOP process;
  • Creates the production plan for the next 3 days at the exchange level;
  • Ensure that all the necessary resources for the plan for the next 3 days are available: materials, people, machines to guarantee the continuity of production. In case of lack of resources, identify actions to create these resources, after analyzing their need and importance and communicate them to the direct manager;
  • Monitor current production results and reschedule based on available capacity, so that OTD and MPS performance indicators are according to the target;
  • Follow the loading of the cars according to the production plan;
  • Check the stock of daily components in SAP to avoid stopping production;
  • Attend daily meetings with the Production department;
  • Responsible for the management of inventories of direct, semi-finished and finite materials and for the fulfillment of the inventory objective of SIOP.
