Descrierea jobului
Responsible for improvement initiatives (e.g. lean projects), tracks the progress and results, supports plants in case of any need (e.g. capability development, tool deployment).
Conduct performance review & loss elimination cycle meetings, analyze and discuss losses and inefficiencies with plant teams.
Review production performance reports and identify variances; support plant teams for conducting root cause analysis via lean tools, deriving counter measures and actions to improve performance.
Ensure the master data management according to standards provided by Production Technologies.
Support process engineering teams in plants to spread best practices and continuous improvement initiatives, ensures change management is executed according to the standard procedure.
Actively communicate with his / her superior to ensure mutual understanding regarding tasks and expectations.
Build strong professional relationships and work closely with his/her colleagues.
Regularly report to the Project / Process Engineering & Lean Supervisor.
Prepare related reports & KPIs under responsibility and propose corrective actions proactively for unachieved goals.
Communicate and escalate any issues to Project / Process Engineering & Lean Supervisor in a timely manner and assist in discussions and solution finding process.
Ensure quality & timeliness of deliverables: participate monthly KPI reviews and weekly project reviews on improvement projects.
Execute & complete the tasks assigned by Project / Process Engineering & Lean Supervisor on time and at expected quality.
Participate in relevant and mandatory training as assigned.
