Production coordinator/engineer

In this position, our future colleague will operate as Production engineer and will be responsible for production team to achieve agreed performance in terms of quality, delivery, health&safety and production cost. To work as a member of the production team for day-to-day activities and continuous improvement for production standards.

Tasks and responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the good organization of the activity in the work shift
• Follows the production stage for injection equipment’s, robots, punches, and mechanical presses.
• ·Ensure the maintenance and adjustments of the molds, production equipments;
• ·Notifies the responsible people if the equipment’s does not operate at normal parameters or unforeseen emergencies occur (faulty, broken stamp, defect on mechanical presses, major faults in the laser machine).
• Carries out the tasks in the established work schedule; propose the work plan to improve the efficiency of the equipment’s, waste reduction.
• Check from a quantitative and qualitative specifications of the parts produced by equipment’s.
• Permanent monitor the production results, on the worksheet and propose solutions to improve
• Hand over the production to the other shift coordinator (status of the production – people, equipment’s, and material availability).
• Responsible for observing the operation of the machines in accordance with the technical book.
• Responsible for the quality of the processed parts, reduce waste/scrap, propose solutions to improve
• Respects the quality procedures for the executed part and notifies the quality department when non-conformities appear.
• Coordinates, guides, controls and is responsible for the entire activity of subordinated team.
• Respects the rules of health and safety at work.
• Provide documented preventative and corrective actions
• Provide reports on variance from standard on process, material, problem solving
• Ensure tool changes are carried out efficiently and effectively
• Ensure the implementation of the procedures in the coordinated activity area.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required
• Bachelor Degree
• 2-5 years’ experience in production, technical industry.
• Experience with production data base can be an advantage (eg, ERP, Navision, reporting platforms)

• Plastic industries – molds, injection, frames
