- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is an advantage
- Minimum 2 years retail experience, preferably in the apparel and sporting goods industry
- Very good English knowledge
- Tech aware and enabled [Intermediate skills in MS Office and virtual delivery platforms i.e. Zoom]
- A strong relationship builder
- Passionate about sport and fitness
- Excellent communicator and collaborator
