2. 3+ years of experience in the solar/PV industry, with strong knowledge of the technology and market dynamics for solar panels, street lights, and charging stations.
3. Proven skills in market research, competitive analysis, and product planning; familiar with the full product lifecycle management process.
4. Proficient in English.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, R&D, and engineering teams.
6. Familiar with project negotiation, contract management, after-sales support, technical training, and troubleshooting processes.
7. Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel frequently.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead product strategy and technical engagement for the company’s energy product line (including solar panels, solar street lights, and solar EV chargers) for the Romanian market.
2. Conduct product planning and market research, analyzing market trends, competitors, pricing, and product performance to inform product selection decisions.
3. Provide expert technical consultation to internal teams and clients, articulating product advantages through technical presentations and supporting projects with market insights, technical guidance, and solution optimization.
4. Oversee project negotiation and contracting, and manage post-sales support, technical training, troubleshooting, and customer communication.
5. Coordinate daily collaboration between the team and local engineering and technical teams, allocate project resources effectively, and foster efficient cooperation and communication between the company and local technical partners.
