The future Product Manager will report directly to the Marketing Manager (Consumer Health) and will be mainly responsible for the strategic development and operational execution of marketing plans for assigned pharmaceutical products, with a strong focus on brand management and market growth. Reporting directly to the line manager, the Product Manager will coordinate cross-functional activities, manage agency collaborations, and support the commercial success of key products in both the Romanian and Moldovan markets.

- Provide Develop and execute annual marketing plans for the assigned pharmaceutical products in accordance with company policies and budget frameworks.
- Build and implement comprehensive brand strategies, including investment and communication plans.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, analyze outcomes, and initiate corrective actions to meet objectives and profitability targets
- Monitor product distribution quarterly; propose and implement corrective actions for KAN and retail channels.
- Prepare accurate product forecasts to guide import activities and avoid overstocking and unnecessary costs.
- Drive market development by increasing or maintaining market share for assigned products.
- Identify opportunities within the Romanian and/or Moldovan pharmaceutical markets and develop responsive strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities, strategies, and market shifts to maintain competitive positioning.
- Develop product launch strategies and conduct competitive analyses as requested by the line manager, external partners, or Swiss headquarters.
- Plan, execute, and monitor promotional and commercial initiatives, ensuring objectives are met.
- Manage collaborations and negotiations with advertising and market research agencies; ensure quality in promotional materials and services.
- Supervise market research activities and select suitable methodologies when needed.
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team, including training on product information, clinical updates, and promotional messaging.
- Ensure clarity and consistency in responses to field inquiries and materials used by medical representatives.
- Monitor marketing and trade budgets monthly, ensuring efficient allocation and cost control.
