We are a growing company looking for an organized, communicative, and solution-oriented colleague to join our team in Nădab (Arad County).
Requirements:
🔹 Experience in procurement or logistics
🔹 English – intermediate to advanced level (daily use)
🔹 University degree completed
🔹 Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
🔹 Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
🔹 Results-oriented, detail-focused, with good numerical skills
🔹 Category B driving license (personal car transportation is reimbursed)

Key responsibilities:
🔹 Plan purchasing needs and contribute to achieving cost, quality, and delivery targets
🔹 Identify, evaluate, and manage the supplier database, including developing alternative sources
🔹 Negotiate commercial terms and manage contracts and purchase orders
🔹 Run the procurement process: placing orders, tracking deliveries, monitoring transport, and preparing documentation
🔹 Collaborate with internal departments and support the finance team regarding contract-related payments
🔹 Monitor stock levels, ensure compliance of goods/services, and handle supplier claims
🔹 Report on procurement activity and provide decision-making support to management
