Descrierea jobului
Manage day to day delivery operations across all WNS locations.
Responsible for overall team structuring, hiring, technical set up to enable delivery, training, retention, load balancing.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Address any performance issues, crafting and implementing mitigation and resolution strategies.
Client`s key point of contact for all operational matters. Also acting as 1st escalation point for all divisions / subsidiaries
