What do you bring to your trip
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in inventory, procurement, warehouse management, or hospitality operations.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience working with stocks, inventory systems, and warehouse procedures.
- Attention to detail and a structured way of working.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Good English level (additional languages are an advantage).

Your role
What we offer
- Manage and monitor inventory levels for operational materials.
- Coordinate and control consumable materials used across departments.
- Ensure accurate stock management and warehouse administration, including incoming and outgoing goods.
- Perform regular inventory counts, reconciliations, and stock adjustments.
- Maintain clear and updated records in inventory management systems.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Identify risks related to stock shortages, overstocking, or waste and propose corrective actions.
- Support cost control by optimizing stock rotation and consumption.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company standards related to inventory and storage.
