• NFQ Level 6 qualification (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a hands-on technical, mechanical, maintenance or manufacturing environment
• Experience with automated equipment, robotics, PLCs, sensors, pneumatics or vision systems is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to work a 28-day shift cycle

• Base salary: €35,000
• + 33% shift allowance
• Overtime built into the shift cycle
• Expected annual earnings of approximately €51,900
• Relocation assistance available for EU candidates

• Maintain and optimise automated manufacturing equipment
• Monitor production performance and resolve equipment issues
• Perform mechanical, electrical and pneumatic troubleshooting
• Support preventative and corrective maintenance activities
• Set up, calibrate and adjust manufacturing equipment
• Partner with Engineering teams to resolve technical issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
