Candidatul Ideal
- Education in Economics, Commercial, Finance or Business or equivalent experience;
- 5-7 years experience in domestic execution of commodities - preferably in Agribusiness area or in consulting sector;
- Project Management proved experience with process transformation scope;
- Experience in working in a Shared Service Center/ BPO environment preferred;
- Advanced English skills, other European language represents an advantage;
- Experience in working with SAP system is an advantage;
- Ability to work independently, efficiently and deliver high quality output under time pressure;

What will you be doing in this role:
Our future colleague will drive the standardization and harmonization of the process across European regions and functions, minimizing variations and promoting consistency and process improvements. The role will be an autonomous contributor, reporting to the Transformation Lead.
This will be done through the following activities:
- Performing process design, ensuring it aligns with the overall business strategy and goals;
- Drive the standardization and harmonization of the process across different regions and functions, minimizing variations and promoting consistency;
- Monitoring and managing process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving efficiency gains;
- Leading initiatives to continuously improve the process, leveraging best practices, technology, and data analysis;
- Collaborating with various stakeholders across different departments and regions, building consensus and fostering a culture of collaboration;
- Managing the change process associated with process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption;
- Ensuring the process complies with relevant regulations, standards, and organizational policies;
