- Define and optimize production processes
- Design and improve production line layouts
- Establish internal material supply flows
- Analyze and enhance workplace ergonomics
- Create and update work instructions for production processes
- Standardize operations and define production capacity targets
- Identify and eliminate causes of reduced production capacity
- Specify and implement new technologies in the factory
- Participate in the launch of new products
- Train project teams on new products and processes
- Coordinate projects such as product transfers, new product launches, or significant process/product modifications
