Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).
- Proven experience in process engineering, preferably within the automotive or electronics industry.
- Knowledge of PCB manufacturing and clean room standards is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with automated production lines and traceability systems.
- Proficiency in creating process documentation, including flow charts, PFMEA, control plans, and work instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency with process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation, commissioning, and optimization of new production lines, ensuring efficient and timely implementation.
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process workflows to standardize and optimize manufacturing practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including flowcharts, PFMEAs, control plans, and work instructions, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Continuously monitor and improve manufacturing processes, prioritizing quality, efficiency, and safety while adhering to industry’s best practices.
- Implement and maintain robust traceability systems to ensure full compliance with automotive and industry-specific quality standards.
- Uphold clean room protocols by monitoring and controlling environmental conditions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze process data and key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.
- Provide training and ongoing support to production staff, focusing on new equipment, updated processes, and best practices.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Production to drive operational excellence.
- Act as the primary technical expert, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Participate in 8D problem-solving meetings, contributing data-driven insights and technical expertise to resolve production issues.
- Design and implement productivity improvement programs to optimize resource utilization and output.
- Apply lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to streamline processes and reduce waste.
- Utilize data analysis and monitoring systems to continuously track process performance, enabling proactive improvements.
- Address technical issues related to manufacturing processes and equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
