Candidatul Ideal
- University degree/diploma (e.g. in business, management, economics, etc);
- English & Dutch (fluent, verbally and written) ;
- 2 years’ experience working in Customer Service ;
- Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Access) skills ;
- Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and tools an advantage ;
- Continuous improvement mindset ;
- Experience working in a multi-lingual international organization ;
- Financial and Commercial skills + analytical ability ;
- Able to work under pressure and in periods with peaks ;
- Broad knowledge of the automotive industry / market ;

- Contribute to conversion to better performing offers ;
- Being able to determine a comparable alternative in order to improve efficiency ;
- Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships ;
