Candidatul Ideal
The main purpose of this position is to find and then use the right business techniques to acquire potential E-shops to our PPC program. The secondary goal is to ensure proper and effective collaboration with internal teams (e.g. Customer Success) to turn registered E-shops into active E-shops.
- Education: High school or higher;
- Length of experience: 2-3 years;
- Specific knowledge/skills: Experience with B2B selling, presentation skills, responsibility for results, Google suit (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.);
- Level of English: Independent user (Level B1-B2) (to work inside team, communicate with mgr and team) Personal qualities and preferred behaviour: goal & data oriented sales personality team player.

- Work with a database of potential eshops and come up with the best strategy to achieve our sales goals;
- Reach potential merchants by phone, explain our PPC program and how it can help them grow their business;
- Report weekly on the number of registered eshops and sales effectiveness;
- Engage in ongoing training in the areas of online sales, digital marketing and data analysis;
- Actively participate in process optimization, sharing feedback.
