Purpose of the role:

Verification of the technical requirements for new and modified purchased parts for the approval of initial samples, including documentation

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinates and manages the PPAP process for raw materials, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and internal standards.

• Reviews and approves PPAP documentation received from suppliers (material certificates, test reports, FMEA, Flow Chart, Control Plan, etc.).

• Inspection, documentation, re-measurement, and acceptance decisions regarding purchased part samples within the framework of QM regulations.

• Determining the scope of sampling.

• Verifies the compliance of raw material specifications with drawing requirements, technical standards, and customer specifications.

• Coordinates the validation and testing of new or modified raw materials in collaboration with the Quality, Engineering, and Production departments.

• Evaluates and approves supplier-proposed changes regarding raw materials, processes, or manufacturing locations through the change management process.

• Maintains and updates the database with the PPAP status of raw materials and suppliers, ensuring document traceability and approvals.

• Collaborates with suppliers to close non-conformities identified during PPAP evaluations or quality checks.

• Participates in internal and supplier audits, providing support regarding documentation and raw material approval requirements.

• Monitors supplier performance from a raw material quality perspective and initiates corrective actions when necessary.

• Ensures compliance with IATF 16949, AIAG PPAP requirements, and customer-specific requirements in the raw material approval and usage process.

What You’ll Bring:

• Engineering degree

• Professional experience in the industry 3+ years

• Technical expertise - PPF / PPAP (VDA 2 / PPAP)

• Strong and specialized knowledge in APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC

Working program: Hybrid (4days/week office - 1 day/week HO)
