Role Mission
Deliver accurate, standardized power‑system designs and complete, first‑time‑right RFP packs for telecom sites in the assigned country portfolio—covering DC power, rectifiers, batteries (OPzS/Li‑ion), PV/solar, genset/ATS, grounding/lightning, and cooling interfaces.
Reporting Line
Reports to: Head of Energy (direct).
Partners: Assigned Energy Performance Engineer for the same country portfolio; local in‑country counterpart (O&M) for implementation feedback.
Nice‑to‑Have (market differentiators)
PVsyst / Homer Pro or similar PV tools; basic shading/soiling awareness.
Python for small calculations; Power BI for simple dashboards.
Experience with telecom DC vendors (Eltek/Delta/Huawei/other)Success Metrics (Year‑1, per engineer)
RFP on‑time delivery: ≥ 95%
First‑time‑right submission rate: ≥ 90%
Design rework rate: ≤ 7%
Stakeholder satisfaction (Head of Energy/EPE/local counterpart): ≥ 4/5 averageEmployment Type
Contract: Indefinite, full‑time.

Produce single‑line diagrams, BoMs, installation notes, acceptance test procedures, and as‑built updates.
RFP Technical Packs
Prepare complete response packages (drawings, datasheets, compliance matrices, method statements).
Manage technical Q&A with vendors and internal stakeholders; ensure first‑time‑right submissions.
Standards & Templates
Use and improve the typology library; maintain country assumption sets (solar resource bands, grid quality, environment).
Keep a version‑controlled repository of templates and checklists; drive template reuse.
Design‑to‑Operations Feedback
Incorporate performance feedback from the Energy Performance Engineer and the local counterpart to keep designs practical and reliable.
Support root‑cause analysis on design‑related issues and propose preventive updates.
