We are looking for a **Portfolio Operations Specialist** who will play a key role in managing and optimizing the flow of initiatives across the IT portfolio, supporting decision-making, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Ensure that portfolio initiatives are aligned with overarching business objectives and strategic priorities;
Establish, manage, and continuously improve a **portfolio-level Kanban board** to visualize work, dependencies, and flow;
Identify **bottlenecks, risks and improvement opportunities** to increase throughput and value delivery;
Promote **transparency across the portfolio** regarding initiative status, progress, and outcomes;
Collaborate closely with **business owners, architects, and leadership** to align priorities and sequencing of initiatives;
**Facilitate regular portfolio syncs**, reviews, and strategic alignment discussions;
**Support collaborative, data-driven decision-making** based on business impact and measurable outcomes;
Track and analyze **key performance indicators (KPIs)** and business outcomes to assess portfolio effectiveness;
Contribute to the creation of **lean business cases** for strategic initiatives;
Foster a **culture focused on continuous value delivery**, learning, and outcome measurement;
Support the adoption and maturity of **agile principles at the portfolio level**;
Ensure **governance, risk, and compliance requirements** are respected within agile decision-making frameworks;
