We're a boutique customer service practice working with globally recognised brands across consumer technology, streaming entertainment and various other areas. We're hiring a Polish-speaking agent to join our Bucharest multi-client team as the first point of contact for one of our clients: a major consumer technology company known for design-led smart devices.

What you'll do
Schedule and location
Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:30.
Office-based at our DV24 building near Piața Muncii, Bucharest. We're looking for candidates already based in Bucharest. Hybrid arrangements can be considered later based on performance and team needs.

What we offer
- Handle first-level customer enquiries by chat, email, and phone — diagnosing the issue, working through standard procedures, and resolving where you can.
- Document each contact clearly in the client's ticketing system.
- Escalate cleanly when an issue is beyond L1 scope, with the relevant context already captured.
- Work with physical devices when needed to replicate and confirm reported issues — a technical mindset matters more than prior technical experience.
- Meet the response-time commitments in our client SLAs.

What you'll need
- Polish at C2 level (fluent, native or near-native).
- Comfortable working in English — internal materials and training are in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Confident with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
- Clear written and spoken communication, and the kind of patience that holds up on a long ticket.
- The right to live and work in Romania.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or technical support — not essential, full training is provided.
- A steady work history.
