Requirements:
- Technical engineering degree;
- Good written and oral English language skills;
- Knowledge of mechanical/automotive engineering processes – manufacturing experiences is an advantage;
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, WERS, Teamcenter;
- Well-experienced in MS office tools Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
- Good communication and organizational skills – leading cross-functional teams;
- Production needs may involve a change in the work schedule for a short period of time.
Descrierea jobului
- Is responsible for coordinating the production integration actions for new vehicle models.
- Supervises the specific phases of the launch and the quality of the production processes and distributes the tasks during the meetings, meanwhile following the results and status.
- Is the interface with the production team of the plant and will work together to ensure the implementation of the best practices and the commissioning of the facilities for production departments.
- Establishes the purpose of the work and the specifications for the new industrial equipment in accordance with the new standards.
- Checks the feasibility of the projects and ensures their completion and correction if necessary as well as finalizing the design method.
- Performs costs investigations and budget control, development, and planning monitoring. Is involved in the technical evaluation and quotations from suppliers together with the head of Purchases, considering: the technical solution, capability, cost, safety, energy consumption, ergonomics, delivery, and others.
- Coordination of work with internal and external partners: Purchases, Safety at work, Suppliers.
- Leads the reception of the equipment following the criteria of quality, capability, environment, safety, ergonomics, and completes the handover to the local production team.
- Will ensure that the rules and legislation of work security and environment are respected inside the assigned working area.
