Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or construction materials environment, preferably in a leadership position. Strong understanding of production processes, maintenance, and EHS standards. Proven people-management and organizational skills. Hands-on leadership style with a focus on performance and team development. Good command of English. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage. --- Nice to Have Experience managing production of dry mortars, EPS insulation, or coatings. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies (5S, Kaizen, TPM).

About the Role We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead the manufacturing site located in Roman, Neamț County. The role involves full responsibility for the production process, team coordination, equipment performance, and continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader with a proven track record in managing industrial manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and product quality. --- Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and supervise all plant operations to ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and deadlines. Ensure optimal use of resources (equipment, materials, workforce) to maintain production efficiency. Oversee maintenance, EHS, and quality systems implementation across all sections. Manage and develop production department teams (approx. 60–70 employees). Monitor production KPIs and drive performance improvements. Coordinate plant scheduling, raw material flow, and logistics with central departments. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to environment, safety, and quality. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, waste reduction, and process optimization. Foster a positive, safety-oriented, and collaborative work culture. Meal vouchers. Private health insurance.
